AMANDA BAAR – MANAGER OF RISE & NYES
When one thinks ice cream and coffee in this town, those in the know think Rise & Nyes. And whom is the one always smiling, positive and keeping things running like a well oiled machine? Well, that could only be the infamous Amanda Baar! We had the pleasure of speaking with Ms Baar between her responsibilities at the shop. She graciously sat with us and shared some pretty incredible things about the business, their mission as well as some of her own struggles.
