Interview with Meghan (Manager at THE Bricks Smoked Meats)

My joke is that this place is so good that it is run by Jesus. Will this reference of mine upset some people? Probably, but its my hopes that it doesn’t. Its the only way I can describe why the food there is as good as it is. We have the pleasure of interviewing the manager extraordinaire who had the foresight to hire Jesus and who keeps Bricks Smoked Meats running like a top. Meghan provided us with the exciting history of the restaurant, its mission and purpose and was gracious enough to hang out with us for a while. Listen in and then go EAT!
